Wendy Nash has many years’ experience of training and development, working with National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), and improving quality processes in learning and assessment.  She has developed and managed services to a range of employers for NVQs in the work place for the past fifteen years.  She has helped companies to embed NVQs into their everyday working practice and has developed systems and procedures to monitor and maintain the quality of delivery.   She also delivers training in customer service, administrative and secretarial skills, personal effectiveness and management. 

David is a freelance educational consultant. He has worked in a variety of educational settings , schools, sixth-form colleges, further education and the university sector in the early 1990s at the Institute of Education, University of London as a Development Officer in the Post-16 Education Centre.
